[dropcap style=”font-size: 60px; color: #9b9b9b;”] I [/dropcap]deally you should eat regularly and always at the same time. Do not skip any meals. It is best if you have three regular meals a day and avoid permanent snacking on something. With many little in between snacks you often ingest more calories in total compared to one regular meal. However, snacks mostly give you the feeling that you haven’t had anything real to eat.

Have a break of at least 4 hours between the three meals. During this time you should only drink water and don’t eat any food. The reason: Each ingestion during the breaks has an effect on your metabolism and leads to a disruption of the fat burning process. So if you like sweets, it is better if you enjoy it at the end of a regular meal- like a dessert.

With this nutrition approach you avoid excessive ups and downs of the blood sugar level, which can lead to hunger attacks. In addition to that you support a more constant fat burning because your body relaxes and does not try to build fat deposits for potential emergencies.
